At Oramood, every order is prepared with care and love—just like our products. All our orders are hand-packed by members of our team.
Rates & Processing Times
Shipping fees for all our fireplaces are fixed at $20.
(Some exceptions may apply. If so, we will contact you directly.)
Shipping fees for accessories may vary depending on the product and destination.
All our orders are carefully hand-packed at our workshop in Montreal.
Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 7 business days.
During peak periods (such as the holiday season), a slight delay may occur — but rest assured, we always do our best to ship quickly and safely.
Shipping Within Canada
We ship across Canada using trusted partners like Canada Post. In case of strikes or service disruptions, we reserve the right to use alternative carriers such as Purolator or UPS.
(Please note that this exceptional change may lead to additional delivery delays beyond our control.)
Shipping is free across Canada within 7 business days.
However, certain conditions may apply to remote areas or addresses outside major urban centers. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to shipping.
Once shipped, your order usually arrives within 7 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package leaves our workshop.
International Shipping
We’re actively working to make Oramood available internationally—starting with Europe very soon.
In the meantime, feel free to contact us for custom shipping options outside of Canada.
